Six-year-old Jason is at the zoo for the day with his mom and dad. While they’re not looking, he wanders off by himself in search of cotton candy.

While his worried parents search for him, a friendly stranger sees Jason’s WELLalarm bracelet. Though Jason doesn't remember his parents number, the stranger sees Jason’s WELLalarm bracelet and immediately calls the toll-free number. When prompted he enters Jason's unique ID code and is given jason's parents number along with other emergency contact information. He also receives this info by text.

At the same time, Jason's family receives a text with the phone number of the friendly stanger who called the toll-free number.  As they are calling the number, the friendly stranger calls them! After receiving the call, Jason's parents arrange to meet him at the zoo’s information desk, and the family is happily reunited!
